Why did you start CrossFit?
I started CrossFit because I felt I wasn’t gaining anything off of doing regular gym workouts that I made. I didn’t push myself as far as I should and there wasn’t much accountability on my part to give it a good effort if I wasn’t up to it. I wanted a new challenge and all of the CrossFit workouts looked like all the things I was bad at. I hope to be not as bad when all is said and done.

Favorite movement?
Toes to Bar.

What would you recommend to new members?
I would recommend to new people to drink a lot of water. Also, don’t start on snatch day.
